NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

We offer an extended access service – Extended Access – Colton Mill and The Grange Medical Centre

The Service is available to patients within the Crossgates PCN Practices, this includes; Colton Mill & The Grange Medical Centre, Ashfield & The Grange, Family Doctors and Manston Surgery. To access the services patients can call their GP practice telephone number within the above time frame for on the day appointments, and they will be re-directed to the HUB. 

To pre-book appointments patients can contact their GP Practice within their usual working hours. 

These clinics are held at Colton Mill Medical Centre, Stile Hill Way, Leeds, LS15 9JH.
The service is delivered by the Leeds GP Confederation.

We also offer Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments on a weekend for:

– Blood tests
– NHS Health Checks
– Pre school boosters (aged from 3 years and 4 months)
– Diabetic Reviews
– COPD Reviews
– Asthma Reviews

To pre-book an appointment, please contact your GP Surgery.

A clinician must have requested your blood test before you book your appointment to ensure the results can go back to the right GP for follow up. 

Clinics are held at Colton Mill Medical Centre Hub between 8am – 2pm on Saturdays and 9am – 1pm on Sundays.
