We offer an extended access service – Extended Access – Colton Mill and The Grange Medical Centre

The Service is available to patients within the Cross Gates PCN Practices, this includes; Colton Mill & The Grange Medical Centre, Ashfield & The Grange, Family Doctors and Manston Surgery. To access the services patients can call their GP practice telephone number within the above time frame for on the day appointments, and they will be re-directed to the HUB. 

To pre-book appointments patients can contact their GP Practice within their usual working hours. 

These clinics are held at Colton Mill Medical Centre, Stile Hill Way, Leeds, LS15 9JH.
The service is delivered by the Leeds GP Confederation.

– Blood tests
– NHS Health Checks
– Diabetic Reviews
– COPD Reviews
– Asthma Reviews
– Smear Tests
– Immunisations

To pre-book an appointment, please contact your GP Surgery.

A clinician must have requested your blood test before you book your appointment to ensure the results can go back to the right GP for follow up. 

Clinics are held at Colton Mill Medical Centre Hub between 8am – 2pm on Saturdays
